摘　　要：网络传播带来的法律冲突是目前知识产权界研究的热点之一。基于对网络环境下法律冲突的特点和复杂性的分析,重点探讨了网络传播对传统国际私法连结点的冲击。并提出了以ISP为新的连结因素解决网络传播法律冲突问题的主张。The law conflict bringing by network transmits is one focus studying by intellectual property field at present. Basing on analysis of the complexity and peculiarity of law conflict in network circumstance, this paper discusses the network transmit strike on international private law. At last, it points out that should establish a new connecting factor ISP to resolve the law conflict bringing by network transmits.
