摘　　要：研究了钢丝绳生产的生产作业计划管理 ,在此基础上设计了生产作业计划管理系统 ,建立了“产品、零件、工序”三级计划结构和“计划、执行、反馈”闭环系统 ,完成JSSP问题求解。The production planning and management system of steel wire rope is studied, based which the PPMS is designed. The “working procedure, part, manufacture” three-level planning system and “planning, perform, feedback” closed loop system are established, the JSSP problem is solved too. This paper is a profitable practice of the study on PPM of Hybrid process.
