摘　　要：通过问卷及访谈,对广东工业大学历届毕业生进行调查,分析了毕业生素质状况,从课程创新、学生创新能力培养及学生工作如何“以人为本”等几方面,提出全面推进素质教育、提高学生竞争力的对策。By way of questionnaire and interview, the paper investigates the graduates of all previous years at Guangdong U- niversity of Technology. Then it puts forward methods to enhance quality education comprehensively and to improve students' competitive capacities by updating courses, cultivating students' creative ability, and by implementing student-centered teaching.
