摘　　要：在各高校不断扩大招生的情况下,学生就业时面对的竞争将越来越激烈,就业压力也随之增大;与此同时,在培养学生的创新实践能力方面也带来了许多的困难。这就形成了随着扩招的深入,学生就业竞争日益激烈与学生竞争力不强之间的矛盾。如何看待和结合实际解决这一矛盾是文章所探索的主要问题。Because many colleges enlarged recruit students, the graduates faced more and more competition and larger em- ployment pressure, which brought more difficulty to the students' innovation and practice. So there is the contradiction be- tween the employment pressure and the weaker competition of the graduates. How to regard and handle in the contradiction is the mostly problem of the text.
