摘　　要：文章指出高校后勤社会化改革不断深入的新时期中,学生公寓管理工作中存在的问题,并进行大胆的创新探索。提出要大力构建“党建工作在公寓”体系,营造有自己特色的公寓文化,从而达到“公寓育人”的管理目标。This article talks about the problems encountered in the socialization of logistics in universties, and proposes cre- atively the idea of 'putting party's work in the dormitory' to bulid the students' dorm culture of unique characteristics, so as to achieve the managerial goal of cultivating students in the dorm environment.
