摘　　要：高校逐年扩招,学生宿舍安排和管理方面的问题也日益严峻,文章阐述了在后勤服务社会化背景下建设公寓文化的必要性,分析了现时公寓管理存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决方法。With the enlarging of the enrollment scale, the number of college students has been increasing. So, the problems of the accommodations become acute. In this paper, the authors analyze the current situation from several aspects and put forward some appropriate solutions to solve those problems.
