摘　　要：文章论述了在后勤社会化与校园网络化的现实条件下高校学生工作的创新问题,提出了改变工作体制、工作内涵以及工作途径,以进一步适应杜会和学校发展的要求,提出了在大学城新环境下的一些具体做法。Under the conditions of the socialization of logistics in universities and the popularization of the Internet on cam- pus, the work on the students should be transformed consequently. In order to meet the needs of the society and the further development of the universities, this article presents a new system, some new methods and discusses their new connotations. Also some detailed methods for the construction of University City are put forward.
