葛根素注射液对心肌顿抑大鼠心脏血流动力学的研究

摘　　要：采用随机对照的方法 ,在正常SD大鼠观察的基础上 ,对复制心肌顿抑模型大鼠进行葛根素注射液对血流动力作用的观察。结果正常组大鼠左室收缩内压 (LVSP)、左室内压最大变化速率 (±dp/dtmax)及ECGⅡ等指标与冠脉前降支结扎前均无明显改变。模型组冠脉再灌注后不同时段较冠脉前降支结扎前有明显降低 ,且与正常组存在显著差异。葛根素组冠脉再灌注后不同时段与结扎前比较无明显差异 。Objective: To observe the effect of the Pueraria injection on Myocardial Stunning.Methods:45 rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group,operation group and Pueraria injection group.All rats were anesthetized by injecting Sodium Pentothol in abdominal cavity.The latter two groups were occluded anterior descending branch of coronary artery with a ligation for 15 minutes and then released to reperfusion to be myocardial stunning models.After that,those two groups were injected 2.5%Pueraria injection (20mg/kg) and 0.9%N.S in abdominal cavity respectively.We observed the changes of hemadynamics.Results:The control group and the Pueraria injection group had no remarkable change in LVSP,dp/dt max and ECG after reperfusion,but the operating group had notable deterioration in these indices.Conclusion:The Pueraria injection could effectively put off myocardial stunning,ease the damage of myocardium and prohibit the left ventricular failure which was caused by reperfusion,so the Pueraria injection have preventive and therapeutic effect on myocardial stunning.
