摘　　要：目的 :建立 HPL C法测定复方壬苯醇醚 - 9避孕栓中主药含量。方法 :采用 Shim- pack ODS(15 0 mm× 4 .6mm,5μm)色谱柱 ;流动相 :甲醇 -水 (90 :10 ) ;流速 :1ml/ min;柱温 :室温 ;检测波长 :2 76 nm。结果 :壬苯醇醚 - 9在 0 .2 5～1.0 mg/ ml范围内呈良好线性关系 ,回收率为 97.0 5 % ,RSD为 1.37%。结论 :上述方法作为测定该制剂中壬苯醇醚 - 9的含量能够满足含量测定的要求 ,其方法简单、易行 ,结果准确。Object: To establish a method to determine NP-9 in compound NP-9 contraceptive suppository. Methods: The experimental conditions were as follows. A Shim-pack ODS column(150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm)was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(90∶10), the flow rate was 1ml/min and the column temperature was room temperature. UV detection was set at 276nm. Results: The calibration curve was liner in the range of 0.25~1.0 mg/ml for NP-9. The average recovery was 97.05% and RSD was 1.37%. Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for the quality control of NP-9 in the compound contraceptive suppository.
