芥子气中毒对家犬生殖系统的影响

摘　　要：目的　评价芥子气全身吸收中毒后对生殖器官的中、长期影响。方法　以成年家犬为中毒模型 ,雌雄各半 ,中毒剂量为 12mg/kg ,皮下注射。治疗组动物在中毒后 30min即进行相应的药物治疗。对死亡动物及经治疗后存活动物 (中毒后 11d及 2 8d各活杀 1条 )进行剖验 ,重点观察生殖器官 (睾丸和卵巢 )在光镜下的组织学改变。结果　中毒组犬于 3d内死亡 3条 ,治疗组犬全部成活。病理切片显示雌性犬卵巢损伤在治疗后 1个月内能基本恢复正常 ,而芥子气对雄性犬睾丸的损伤具有较强的远期效应。中毒治疗后 2 8d犬的各级精原细胞明显减少 ,观察不到成熟精子 ,而中毒后 3d内死亡犬的生精细胞损伤相对较轻。结论　芥子气对雄性生殖细胞具有明显的远期毒性效应 。Objective To evaluate the effects of sulfur mustard (SM) on reproduction organs in medium and long term.Methods Ten dogs were used as the animal model,four in control group while six in treatment group.Half an hour after subcutaneously injected with 12?mg/(kg·body weight) of SM,the dogs of the treatment group were treated by medication.The dogs died of poisoning in control group and living dogs were anatomized.Microscope was used to observe pathological changes in germ cells.Results Three dogs in control group died in three days after poisoning,dogs in treatment group all survived.The damnification of ovary cells can be recovered in about a month,while the damnification of spermary cells became more severe after a month.Conclusion SM had obvious long-term toxic effect on male germ cells,and generic therapeutic measures could not accelerate the recovery of germ cells in short time.
