补气活血对奶牛产后气虚血瘀证血液流变性的影响

摘　　要：从血液流变性变化角度研究补气活血方——归芪益母散防治产后气虚血瘀证的作用。试验分为 3组 :产后健康组 18例 ,气虚血瘀证组 9例 ,气虚血瘀证用药组 8例。用药组按 0 .8g/ kg体质量投喂归芪益母散 ,给药方法为产后 1、2、3、5、7d每日 1剂 ,共计 5剂。于产后 1、2、4、7、10 d按设计指标采血、化验分析。结果显示 :喂服归芪益母散可显著降低产后气虚血瘀证奶牛 1、2 d全血低切比粘度 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;显著降低 4、7、10 d血浆比粘度 (P<0 .0 1或 P<0 .0 5 ) ,归芪益母散有改善血液流变性的作用。Effects of Buqi Huoxue therapy on the treatment of Qixu Xueyu syndrome in postpartum dairy cows were studied from the variation of Hemorheology traits.The dairy cows were divided into three groups,18 healthy postpartum cows,9 postpartum dairy cows displaying Qixu Xueyu syndrome,and 8 postpartum dairy cows displaying Qixu Xueyu syndrome treated with herbs.The last group was fed with totally 5 dosages of Gui Qi Yi Mu San(Power of chinese angelica,astragalus and motherwort) one medicament each day at 0.8 g/kg according to the weight at 1,2,3,5,7 d postpartum.The designed indexes including whole blood specific viscosity high ratio and low ratio(ηb80 s^(-1),ηb20 s^(-1)),plasma specific viscosity(ηP),packed cell volume(PCV),and fibrinogen contents(FG).Blood was taken to analyze the designed indexes of dairy cows at 1,2,4,7,10 d postpartum.The results demonstrated that Gui Qi Yi Mu San feeding significantly decreased ηb20 s^(-1)(P<0.05) at 1 d and 2 d,and ηP(P<0.01 or P<0.05) at 4,7,10 d of postpartum dairy cows with Qixu Xueyu syndromes.Thus Buqi Huoxue therapy can significantly ameliorate the hemorheology features of postpartum dairy cows displaying Qixu Xueyu syndrome.
