摘 要:比较了GC FID、GC MS和GC MS/MS对茶叶样品中拟除虫菊酯类农药残留的检测结果,发现GC FID可检出氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯和溴氰菊酯,GC MS没检测出任何农药残留,GC MS/MS检测出溴氰菊酯,但含量小于GC FID的检测结果.故可推断,茶叶提取液含杂质多,影响了GC FID和GC MS的检测结果,而GC MS/MS可不受影响而得到正确的检测结果.The determinations of pyrethroid residues in tea by means of GC-FID, GC-MS and GC-MS/MS were compared. The result showed GC-FID could determine cypermethrin of envalterate and deltamethrin in the tea sample, GC-MS could not determine any pyrethroid, and GC-MS/MS could determine deltamethrin with less concentration than GC-FID. It was concluded that the determination of pyrethroid residues in tea by means of GC-FID and GC-MS was disturbed by the complex substrates in the tea samples and GC-MS/MS could avoid the interference of these substrates and achieve the correct determination.
