捻转补泻手法对大鼠小肠系膜透明窗肥大细胞的影响  

Effect of the Acupunture of the Twirling Reinforcing—Reducing Method on Rat's Mast Cells in Transparent Fenestra of Mesentery

摘　　要：健康雄性大鼠46只随机分为捻转泻法、补法、电针、捆绑对照和空白对照5组。大鼠捆梆于鼠台,分别行捻转补泻手法和电针,针右“足三里”10分钟,实验6天后取空、回肠系膜铺片,醛品红—橙黄G染色,10×40倍光镜观片。结果发现,对小肠系膜透明窗肥大细胞脱颗粒率的影响,捻转泻法优于补法,手针总体作用优于电针,对空肠作用优于回肠。捆绑大鼠导致肥大细胞数目减少,捻转泻法可使其回升,电针则使之进一步下降。46 male healthy rats were carried out on 5 groups at random:the acupuncture of twirling reducing method group,the acupuncture of twirling reinforcing method group, the electrotherapy group,the trussing up control group and the normal control group. During the experiment,all rats were bound on the table except for the normal control group.The acupuncture of twirling reinforcing—reducing method and the electrotherapy were performed separately in one of the five groups on the poing of Zusanli.On the sixth day after the sixth experiment,all rats were killed under anaesthesia with ether. Pieces of jejunal and ileal mesentery were cut off and spread on a sheet of glass,alde- hyde fuchsine—orange G stained.The mast cell in transparent fenestra of mesentery were observed by 10×40 times light microscope.The results showed,in raising the rates of degranulation of mast cell,the effect of acupuncture with twirling reducing method group was more stronger than the one of acupuncture with twirling reducing method group,the effect of acupuncture with manupulation groups were more stronger than the one of electrotherapy group,the effects of acupuncture on mast cells in jejunal mesentery were more stronger than the one in ileal mesentery.The numbers of mast cell in mesentery were found reducing in trussing up control group.But increasing in acupuncture of twirling reducing group and further reducing in electrotherapy group.
