摘 要:①目的 观察肘管综合征病人短段运动神经传导速度 (SSMCV)的变化 ,探讨SSMCV测定对肘管综合征的诊断价值。②方法 选取在神经科就诊的 1 0例肘管综合征病人 ,常规测定双侧尺神经感觉神经传导速度(SCV)和外展小指肌肌电图后 ,测定双侧尺神经运动神经传导速度 (MCV)。③结果 1 0例病人 1 2条病变尺神经中 ,自肘上至肘下 1 0cm距离内的MCV均较健侧或正常值明显减慢 (t =5 .31、1 0 .31 ,P <0 .0 1 )。④结论SSMCV对肘管综合征有重要的诊断价值 。Objective To observe the changes of short segment motor nerve conductive velocity(SSMCV) and SSMCV determination in the diagnosis of patients with elbow tunnel syndrome. Methods Ten patients were selected from the clinic of neurology. The motor nerve conductive velocity(MCV) of ulnar nerve was determined after the regular check of sensory nerve conductive velocity (SCV) of the nerve and abductor muscle of little finger on both sides. Results The MCV in 10 cm around the elbow decreased markedly in 12 affected ulnar nerves of all the patients investigated ( t=5.31,10.31;P <0.01). Conclusion SSMCV is of great value in the diagnosis of elbow tunnel syndrome, which can also serve as a basis for judgment of the prognosis.
