摘 要:处理锡石多金属硫化矿类型的矿石的关键是如何解决锡石和硫化矿磨矿粒度的矛盾,即锡石的嵌布粒度较粗,需要粗磨早收,而硫化矿的嵌布粒度较细,需要细磨后回收.解决这一矛盾的方法是首先在粗磨条件下用高效的重选设备预先丢弃大量尾矿,并获得锡石与硫化矿的混合物,然后用台浮法将其分开,获得高品位的粗粒锡精矿,从而避免了锡石在细磨中的泥化损失.锡细泥浮选使用新型捕收剂水杨氧肟酸和 P_(86)来取代原来的苄基胂酸,不但减少了药剂用量,而且由于该新药剂比苄基胂酸的毒性大大降低,因此具有重要的社会效益.The key to the treatment of cassiterite-polymetallic sulphide ores is to solve the problem of different grinding sizes between cassiterite and sulphide ores.As the dissemiriation particle size of cassiterite is rather coarse,coarse grinding and early re- covering are needed.While for sulphide ores,its dissemination particle size is fine,so fine grinding and late recovering are applied.A method of solving this problem is proposed. Firstly,large amounts of tailings are discarded under the coarsegrinding condition by use of high-efficient gravity concentration equipment,so that the mixture of cassiterite and sulphide ores can be obtained.Then the mixture obtained is separated by means of table flotation and high-grade coarse tin rough concentrate is achieved.Hence,the sliming loss of cassiterite caused by fine-grinding can be avoided.In flotation of cassiterite slime,new type of collectors—salicylhydroxamic acid and P_(86)are used instead of the old one—benzyl arsonic acid.As a result,the reagent dosage is reduced and the toxicity is greatly de- creased in comparison with those of benzyl arsonic acid.The social benefit is significant.
