提高云浮硫铁矿贫矿自磨工艺生产能力的研究

摘  要:云浮硫铁矿是我国最大的硫铁矿矿山.该矿贫矿选矿厂磨矿工艺为自磨一球磨流程,由于矿石硬度大、难磨。导致自磨机生产能力低,自磨机与球磨机负荷不平衡,未能充分发挥磨矿设备的能力.本研究针对该磨矿工艺存在的问题,采取扩大自磨机自返筛筛孔及实行半自磨等改进措施,显著地提高了磨矿生产能力,同时降低了磨矿能耗.Yunfu sulfur-iron Mine is the largest sulfur-iron one in our country,in which the autogenous hall grinding circuit is adopted as the grinding process.Since the ore with high hardness is difficult to be ground,the autogenous grinding mill has low productivity and disequlibrium exists between the load of the autogenous grinding mill productivity and that of the ball grinding mill,the grinding equipment cannot be brought into full play.Directing at the drawback of this grinding process,some measures for im- provement are taken.They are:(1)Enlarging the self-return screen opening of the auto- genous mill;(2)Implementing thesemi-autogenous grinding process.As a result,the grinding productivity is obviously raised while the power consumption is reduced.
