摘　　要：中资银行应借鉴外资银行人力资源管理的经验 ,根据银行的发展战略和目标构建具有本银行特色的人力资源管理体系 ,完善内部劳动力市场 ,为银行员工个人的发展构筑通道 。China-funded banks should take the experience of human resources management of foreign-funded banks for reference, creating human resources management system with their own features in accordance with development strategy and targets of their own banks, consummating internal labor market so as to set up a channel for bank staff members to develop themselves, establishing an incentive mechanism helping to take core staff members' activity into full play.
