摘　　要：为了将普通级地鼠净化成清洁级地鼠 ,采用了不同的净化方法 ,并将净化仔鼠饲养在不同的设施中。结果 ,采用检测筛选加药物净化和剖腹手术相结合的方法 ,经检测可使普通级地鼠达到清洁级地鼠国家标准 ,并建立了清洁级地鼠种子群。The objective of the experiment was to purify conventional Mesocricetus auratus infants to be clean one by means of three methods such as cesarotomy-feeding, cesarotomy-parasitizing and screening-deworming. The result showed that by combing the cesarotomy-feeding with the screening-deworming the conventional M.auratus infants reached the national standard of clean M.auratus, and the clean M.auratus group was established.
