摘　　要：目的　评价Richard钉治疗股骨转子间骨折的治疗效果。方法　分析 75例经Richard钉固定治疗的股骨转子间骨折患者术前、术后X线片、肢体功能和恢复全身情况。结果　患者术后 2 4h坐起 ,8～ 10周扶拐下床活动。除 2例住院围手术期间死亡外 ,其余患者骨折均愈合。结论　股骨转子间骨折 ,应严格掌握手术适应证 ,加强围手术期管理。采用Richard钉治疗 ,固定坚强 ,有利于骨折愈合 。Objective To evaluate the effect of Richard nail in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur. Methods The pre- and postoperative X-ray photographs, limb function and general circumstance of 75 cases of intertrochanteric fractures treated with Richard nail were analyzed, retrospectively. Results All cases were followed up for 9 months. Two patients died perioperatively. The other patients could sit in the 1st day after operation and got out-of-bed movements after 8～10 weeks with crutch and got bony union. Conclusion Surgical indications of intertrochanteric fracture should be strictly controlled and the peri-operative management shoud be enhanced. The Richard nailing provides rigid fixation, which is beneficial to bone healing and early joint exercises.
