摘 要:目的 构建着色真菌病动物模型并探讨裴氏着色真菌的致病性。方法 对免疫正常和免疫抑制小鼠腹腔接种裴氏着色真菌 ,第 15 ,3 0 ,60天时处死进行肉眼观察、病理及真菌检查。结果 两组小鼠腹腔内脏及系膜有多发性黑色结节 ,病理检查可见坏死、脓肿、肉芽肿、棕色菌丝及硬壳细胞 ;真菌检查见裴氏着色真菌 ,两组小鼠均 10 0 %发生感染 ;15天时免疫正常组较免疫抑制组损害程度重。结论 裴氏着色真菌小鼠腹腔接种成功建立着色真菌病模型 ;Objective To study the pathogenicity of Fonsecaea pedrosoi.Methods Suspensions of conidia of Fonsecaea pedrosoi were inoculated respectively into the peritoneum of immunocompetent and immunocompromised mice.Histopathology and fungal culture were performed at the 15 th, 30 th, 60 th day.Results In 2 groups of mice, histopathologic sections showed necrosis, abscesses, granulomas, dark brown hyphea and sclerotic bodies, mycological examination also showed sclerotic bodies at the 15 th, 30 th, 60 th day. The histopathological change of immunocompetent mice were more prominent than immunocompromised mice at 15 days. The morbidities of 2 groups are all 100%.Conclusion We successfully made experimental chromomycosis mice model by Fonsecaea pedrosoi. This model might be suitable in experimental study of chromomycosis.
