摘 要:选用寄主为胡枝子、草木樨的51株未知菌株与34株模式参比菌株进行数值分类研究,结果表明:不同菌株在碳源、氮源利用、抗生素抗性和耐盐碱性等方面存在着差异。采用UPGMA法对105项表型性状进行聚类分析,从聚类图谱可以看出:在86%的相似性水平上,未知菌株构成四个表观群。群 有17株菌,中心菌株为NWYCH155;群 有15株菌,中心菌株为NWNL178;群 有9株菌,中心菌株为NWYL167;群 有3株菌,中心菌株为NWZL200。51 unknown strains of rhizobia isolated from the genera of Lespedeza and Melilotus in part region of Shaanxi Province and 34 reference strains were classified numerically.The result showed that there was difference in the features of carbon and nitrogen source,resistance to antibiotics,endurance to salt alkali among strains.105 phenotypic features were analyzed by using UPGMA,and a dendrogram was constructed.Unknown strains were clustered into four new clusters different from known species at the similarity of 86%.Cluster 1 had 17 strains,NWYCH155 was the central strain.Cluster 2 had 15 strains,NWNL178 was the central strain.Cluster 3 had 9 strains and NWYL167 was the central strain.Cluster 4 had 3 strains and NWZL200 was the central strain.
