摘　　要：[目的 ]了解护士接触细胞毒药物自我防护的意识状况。 [方法 ]将68名护士分为两组 ,专科组为肿瘤化疗专科护士 3 6名 ,非专科组为非化疗专科护士 3 2名 ,运用自行设计的调查表及直接观察法进行评估。 [结果 ]化疗专科护士对防护相关知识的掌握及安全措施的落实较非化疗专科护士好。 [结论 ]接触细胞毒药物的护士 ,应通过岗前培训 ,掌握化疗相关知识 ,提高自我防护意识。Objective: to know the awareness state of self-protection of nurses who contacted with cytotoxic drugs. Method: a total of 68 nurses were divided into two groups. Nurses from tumor chemotherapy specialty department totally 36 were as test group. The other 32 nurses from non-chemotherapy specialty department were as control group. All of them were evaluated by filling out self-made questionnaires and directly observation. Result: the grasp of knowledge related to self-protection and carrying out safety measures in test group nurses are better than that in control group nurses. Conclusion: it showed that self-protection awareness of nurses towards cytotoxic drugs could be enhanced by providing pre-working training for them and let them master chemotherapy related knowledge.
