摘　　要：针对海西州各方面的优劣势,提出以结构调整为重点,逐步完善管理和保障措施,促进海西农牧业全面发展。All departments development of Haixi agriculture and stock raising were promoted according to Haixi state superiorities and inferior positions.It was suggested that regulate of structure to be as focal point,improved measures of management and ensure step by step.
