摘 要:该文以黄土丘陵沟壑区的山西省中阳县圪针耳流域为例 ,探讨该区土地潜力 ,建立了黄土丘陵沟壑区土地潜力评价系统和指标体系 ,并筛选出评价主导因子 .依据流域内的土地利用现状 ,将该流域分为 177个地块 ,在地理信息系统下建立其属性数据库 ,采用专家打分和权重法对每一地块的土地潜力等级进行了评价 ,结果为 :Ⅰ等地面积为 78 2hm2 ,占流域总面积的 8 16 % ;Ⅱ等地面积为 10 7 33hm2 ,占 11 2 1% ;Ⅲ等地面积为 179hm2 ,占 18 6 8% ;Ⅳ等地面积为 5 76 8hm2 ,占 6 0 2 0 % ;Ⅴ等地面积为 9 2hm2 ,占 0 96 % .流域内土地主要是质量较差的Ⅲ、Ⅳ等地 ,农业发展受到一定的限制 ,但发展林、牧业有很大的潜力 ,这一部分土地的充分利用是流域土地利用结构调整的关键所在 .Taking Gezhen'er watershed in Zhongyang County, Shanxi Province as an example, land potential of the watershed is discussed in this paper. The system of land potential evaluation and index are established, and the main factors are abstracted. According to the status of land utilization, the watershed is divided into 177 plots, and attribute database of these plots is built through GIS. Then by using expert system, the potential of each plot is evaluated. The results show that the land area of Ⅰ grade is 78.2 hm 2, accounting for 8.16% of the total area; the area of Ⅱ grade is 107.33 hm 2, 11.21% of the total area; the area of Ⅲ grade is 179 hm 2, 18.68% of the total area; the area of Ⅳ grade is 576.8 hm 2, 60.20% of the total area; the area of Ⅴ grade is 9.2 hm 2, 0.96% of the total area. Ⅲ and Ⅴ grade land are the major land in the watershed, and the quality of them is low, but the potential to develop forest and stockbreeding is great, and this land should be fully utilized when the structure of land utilization is adjusted.
