摘  要:目的探讨二苯乙烯甙的降血脂作用。方法 30只SD大鼠 ,雌雄各半 ,随机分为 3组 :对照组正常饲料喂养 31天 ,高脂模型组高脂饲料喂养 31天 ,二苯乙烯甙组在高脂饲料喂养 2 1天时灌胃二苯乙烯甙 [0 .75mg/(g·d) ]1 0天 ;于实验第 31天 ,所有大鼠均被处死 ,取其血检测甘油三酯 (triglyceride ,TG )和总胆固醇(cholestrol,Ch)。另取 30只昆明种小鼠 ,随机分为 3组 :对照组每只每天腹腔注射生理盐水 0 .0 1mL/g ;高胆固醇模型组和二苯乙烯甙组每只每天腹腔注射 75 %蛋黄液 0 .0 1mL/g ,同时高胆固醇模型组灌胃等容量生理盐水 ,二苯乙烯甙组灌胃二苯乙烯甙 0 .75mg/(g·d) ,连续 3天 ,取血检测TG和Ch。 结果二苯乙烯甙明显降低高脂大鼠血TG和Ch ,但对腹腔注射蛋黄液小鼠的血清Ch无降低作用。结论二苯乙烯甙明显降低高脂大鼠血TG和血Ch ,其机制可能是通过抑制TG和Ch的吸收环节实现的。ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of stilbene glucoside on experimental hyperlipidemia model. MethodsSD rats were randomly divided into three groups. Control group (CG), hyperlipidemia group(HG) and stilbene glucoside group(SG).CG was fed with normal food for thirty one days. HG was fed with high lipid food for thirty one days. SG was fed with high lipid food until the 21st day, then SG was given stilbene glucoside [ 0.75 mg/(g·d)] by oral administration for ten days. All rats were killed on the 31st day, and the quantities of serum triglyceride (TG) and cholestrol (Ch) were determined. Another thirty mice were randomed into three groups. Control group saline was injected ( 0.01 mL/g) daily by ip, hypercholestrol group and for SG 75 % yolk was injected ( 0.01 mL/g) by ip daily. Stilbene glucoside received ( 0.75 mg/g)continuely for 3 days by oral administration. The mice were killed, then the quantities of serum Ch determined. ResultsStilbene glucoside decreased the quantities of TG and Ch in hyperlipidemia rats significantly. Stilbene glucoside has no effect on mice. ConclusionStilbene glucoside decreases the quantities of TG and Ch in high lipid rats. The mechanism may be due to inhibiting absorption of lipid.
