新生儿脐血中flt-3配基含量与妊娠高血压综合征

摘　　要：目的测定妊娠高血压综合征分娩的新生儿脐血flt 3配基 (flt 3ligand ,FL)含量以及其外周血中性粒细胞计数 ,探讨脐血FL含量与妊娠高血压综合征以及其外周血中性粒细胞计数之间的关系。方法采用夹心酶联免疫吸附试验检测 4 6例妊娠高血压综合征和 32例非妊娠高血压综合征分娩新生儿脐血中FL含量 ,并分类计数新生儿外周血中性粒细胞。结果①妊娠高血压综合征FL(6 9.9± 9.5 )ng/L较非妊娠高血压综合征患者 (6 0 .0±6 .7)ng/L含量增高 ,有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1 )。②与非妊娠高血压综合征比较 ,重度妊娠高血压综合征及重度并发先兆子痫FL含量显著增高 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;而轻中度妊娠高血压综合征FL含量增高不明显 (P >0 .0 5 )。③新生儿脐血中FL含量与其外周血中性粒细胞计数呈负相关 (rs=- 0 .5 5 2 ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论妊娠高血压综合征分娩的新生儿脐血中FL含量升高 ,其含量随病情加重而升高 。ObjectiveTo estimate the level of flt 3 ligand(FL) in cord blood of neonates with maternal pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome(PIH), and to explore the relationship between FL level, neutrophile count in peripheral blood and maternal PIH. MethodsFL level in the cord blood serum of 46 neonates with maternal PIH and 32 neonates born by normotensive mothers was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), additionally, neutrophile in infants' peripheral blood was counted. Results①To non PIH group, FL level ( 69.9 ± 9.5 ) ng/L in the PIH group was significantly higher, but the neutrophile count was significantly lower. ②Compared with non PIH group, FL level in severe PIH group and severe PIH complicated with pre eclapsia group was significantly higher; but there was no significant increase in the slight moderate PIH group. ③The level of FL in cord blood was negatively related to the neutrophile count. ConclusionThe infants with maternal PIH had higher FL level in their cord blood, which increased with the advancing of maternal PIH, and negatively related to neutrophil count.
