摘  要:目的 探讨乌司他丁 (ulinastatin ,UTI)对严重烧伤大鼠血清中炎症因子的影响及意义。方法 建立大鼠烧伤模型 ( 3 0 %TBSAⅢ度烧伤 ) ,S D大鼠 96只随机分为单纯烧伤组 (B组 )和UTI处理组 (ulinastatin ,UTI组 )。在烧伤前及烧伤后 1、3、6、12和 2 4h检测血清中IL 1β、IL 6和TNF α3种细胞因子的含量。 结果 B组烧伤后 3hIL 1β、IL 6和TNF α开始明显升高 ,并分别于烧伤后 6h和 12h达到峰值。UTI组炎症因子升高幅度明显低于B组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,且于烧伤后 2 4h基本恢复正常。结论 UTI能明显减少烧伤大鼠血清中IL 1β、IL 6和TNF -α的含量 。Objective To study the effects of ulinastatin (UTI) on the inflammatory cytokines in the blood serum of rats after severe burn. Methods A total of 96 SD rats, inflicted with 30% TBSA full thickness skin burn, were randomly divided into simple burn group (group B) and UTI treated group (group UTI). The serum contents of IL 1β, IL 6, and TNF α were determined at 0, 1, 3, 6, 12, and 24 h before and after burn injury. Results In group B, the levels of serum IL 1β, IL 6, and TNF α were significantly higher at 3 h and peaked at 6 and 12 h after burn. In group UTI, the levels of serum IL 1β, IL 6, and TNF α were significantly lower than those in group B ( P <0.05). Conclusion UTI can decrease the production of IL 1β, IL 6, and TNF α in blood serum, retard the development and progression of burn injury, decrease the injury severity of inflammatory reaction by the cytokines.
