摘  要:中国科学院新疆生态与地理研究所培育出的耐盐丰产小麦新品系"101"、"78",在耐盐比较试验中具有较强的耐盐能力。在硫酸盐溶液浓度为1.5%时,发芽率高于轮抗6、德选1和对照新冬17;在以氯化物—硫酸盐为主的盆栽试验中,土壤盐分含量为1.5%时,"101"、"78"的三叶期死亡率、旗叶干尖长度低于轮抗6、德选1和对照新冬17,产量高于轮抗6、德选1和对照新冬17。在轻度—中度盐渍化地上,具有较高的生产效益;在中上等肥力的地上,和其他丰产性品种相比,具有较好的效益。"78"属弱冬性,冬前晚播不影响产量,是接棉花茬、玉米茬的优良小麦。The new salt-tolerant lines '101'and'78' of wheat which were bred in Fukang Ecology Station of Xinjiang Ecological and Geography Institute, CAS,had favorable characteristics of salt-tolerance and high yield in saline soil experiments. In solution of 1.5% sodium sulfate, the germination rate of '101'and'78'was higher than Lunkang 6, Dexuan 1 and Xingdong 17. In the pot-cultured test with soil containing 1.5% salt of chloride-sulfate, their death rate in three leaves period and dry needle length of flag leaf were lower, and their yields were greater than Lunkang 6, Dexuan 1 and Xingdong 17. The production benefits of these two lines were even better than other cultivars on light/moderate saline soils and good fertility soils. '78', which belongs to the type of semi-winter wheat,can get a relatively satisfactory yield when sowed lately, so it is an excellent cultivar to be planted after cotton or maize.
