摘 要:利用花药培养得到的两个烟草DH群体,分析了株高,有效叶片数,腰叶长和宽,节距和茎围6个农艺性状的遗传力,基于两组合峰度系数及偏度系数的估算,推测其基因对数.结果表明,控制烟草株高的基因,在G28×Nc2326和K326×Cock176组合分别约有13对和16对,影响腰叶长和宽,节距性状的基因对数(约20对)明显多于有效叶片数(6对)和茎围(10对).根据各组合峰度及偏度系数讨论了这些性状基因相互作用的方式.With two DH populations derived from anther culture in tobacco, the heritability analysis of six quantitative traits, i.e. plant height, the number of leave, lumbar leaf length and width, internodal length and pericaulome length, were made. Based on their skewness and kourtosis values of two population (G28×Nc2326 and K326×Cock176 crosses), the numbers of gene pairs controlling the plant height are 16 and 13 respectively. The numbers of gene pairs (about 20) affecting lumbar leaf length and width and internodal length are more than that of leave (about 6) and pericaulome length (about 10). The gene interaction in these traits was discussed.
