摘　　要：小城镇环境规划的编制在我国刚刚兴起,它是建设环境优美小城镇、促进我国城镇化战略和可持续发展战略实施的一项基础性工作。文章就小城镇环境规划基本概念、指导思想与原则、基本程序与理论方法、主要规划内容、指标体系与目标确定等进行了分析研究,并提出了小城镇环境规划编制需要关注的几个问题。The drawing up of envirenmental planning of small towns has just started in our country. It is a foundation work for the construction of beautiful small towns and promotion on performing the stratagies of urbanization and sustainable devolopment. This paper has studied the elementary concept, directive idea, governing principle, basic program, theories and methods, main content, system of index, and so on, and put forward several problems about the drawing up of envirenmental planning of small towns.
