摘　　要：　反腐败斗争能否取得胜利的一个关键问题是敢不敢理直气壮地依靠人民群众。依法治国并非不依靠人民群众 ,人民群众是依法治国的主体 ;不搞群众运动不等于不实行群众路线 ;我们要努力创造在反腐败斗争中贯彻群众路线的适当途径和形式。To rely on the people confidently is the Key to winning out against corruption. To run the country according to law does not mean not to rely on the people, and the people are the main body of running the country according to law. Not to launch the mass movement does not mean not to follow the mass line. To win out against corruption, we should strive to find proper ways and forms to follow the mass line.
