摘　　要：随着金融发展的变化,各国银行监管体制不断演变。我国银行监管体制改革亦自《银监法》的颁布实施进入一个新的历史时期,银监会作为我国现在银行监管的国家监管主体资格及其职能有了法律依据。但是现有的银行监管体制与银监法所规定的还有一定差距,应当以银监法为蓝本,改革和完善我国的银行监管体制,适应金融发展的需要。With the development of the finance, the banking regulatory systems evolve constantly in many countries. The promulgation of the Banking Regulatory Law marks the new stage of the revolution of the banking regulatory system in our country. From then on, the Banking Regulatory Commission legally becomes the national regulatory body, whose qualification and authority is based on the law. But there is some distance from the present banking regulatory system to the ruled one by the law. Now we shall reform and perfect our banking regulatory system in order to adapt to the development of the finance.
