摘　　要：我国城市社区文化建设在社区区域范围与文化内涵方面与国外不完全相同,设施建设的完善程度不及国外发达国家;社区文化活动内容与国外相近,但整体上优于外国,尤其是民族传统文化活动别具特色;国外社区文化建设经费投入、文化设施管理的先进经验,可资借鉴;我国城市社区文化建设在发挥社会团体积极作用方面具有明显的优势。Our country's urban community cultural construction does not totally identify with that of the foreign country in the aspect of area scope and culture connotation and the level of the facilities is lower than that of the developed foreign countries. The content of the cultural activities in the community is much the same of that of the foreign countries. However, the wholesome is superior to the foreign countries, especially the traditional cultural activities which have the special futures. The way that the fund is appropriated for the cultural construction of the community and the advanced experience for the cultural facility management by the foreign countries can be used for reference. The cultural construction of the urban communities in our country has an obvious advantage in bringing into play the positive function of the social organizations.
