摘　　要：借助运筹学模型 ,对基层工商行政管理所的布局提出一种思路 ,并指出在该模型中工商所应如何设立 ,可以提高基层工商所布局的科学性和规范性。By means of the operational research model, we may offer a kind of clue about the layout of the bottom administrative stations for industry and commerce, and point out how the bottom administrative station for industry and commerce should be built in the model. We may improve the scientificity and the standardization of the layout of the bottom administrative stations for industry and commerce.
