摘 要:研究了酰腙浓度、体系pH值及金属离子Zn和Cd对标题化合物的荧光性质影响,着重考察了金属离子浓度对荧光强度的影响。研究表明:体系中加入金属离子后,荧光强度和荧光峰位都发生变化,Zn(Ⅱ)和Cd(Ⅱ)对体系的荧光强度的影响规律是:在一定浓度范围内,荧光强度随金属离子浓度增大而增强,之后随金属离子浓度的增大而减弱。The effect of concentration, pH and metallic ions(Zn^(2+) and Cd^(2+)) on fluorescence properties of 2-hydroxo-1-naphthaldehyde p-methoxyl-benzoylhydrazone was investigated. The effect of the concentration of different metallic ions on fluorescent intensity of the complex was studied in details. The results indicate that the fluorescent intensity and position of the system changed with the addition of the metallic ions. The presence of Zn(Ⅱ) and Cd(Ⅱ) can enhance the florescent intensity of the system. The coordination modes of acylhydrazone compound were studied by the variation of the fluorescent property. Relationship of fluorescent intensity and its structure was discussed preliminarily. The investigation of different proportion of metallic ions on fluorescent intensity show that the florescent intensity increased with its proportion increasing in certain range, and decreased with the concentration increasing when the concentration exceeded the range.
