摘　　要：本文具体界定了民族民间文学艺术表达的概念和特征 ,并立足于我国实情提出了“知识产权法、反不正当竞争法和特设法定权利”的综合法律保护模式。This article concretely defines the concept of national folk literature and art expression and expounds its characteristics. On the basis of chinese actual situation, the author puts forward a model of law protection, i·e:‘intellectual property rights law, combat illegitimate competition law and legitimate rights especially set up’.
