摘　　要：从线切割模具工作表面的微观组织、硬度和残留应力分布角度进行分析 ,阐述了线切割加工对模具工作表面质量的影响 ,并在此基础上提出了相应的改进措施 ,以期利于提高模具使用寿命 。Through the analysis of the microstructure,hardness and the distribution of residual stress of the die working surface machined by WEDM,the influences of WEDM on the quality of the die working surface are stated.Corresponding improving measures are proposed in order to prolong the die life and avoid early failure of the die.
