摘　　要：介绍了淮安枢纽立交地涵工程的特点、深井降水的设计及施工过程。应用效果表明,利用深井降水是安全经济的。The characteristics of culvert laying project for pivot overpass in Huaian, the design and engineering process were introduced. Aplication results indicated that deep well dewatering is safety and economical.
