圆点印迹法检测葡萄斑点病毒技术研究

摘　　要：采用圆点印迹法检测GFkV ,结果表明 :Tris -HCl和PBS在提取GFkV时效果相同 ,同一带毒植株中GFkV在葡萄韧皮部中含量较高。Dot-blotting was used for detecting grapevine fleck virus by this article, the results showed that effects of extracting grapevine fleck virus are identical with that of Tris-Hcl and PBS, the content of GFkV in phloem of grapevine is higher than other parts of the same poisoned plant.
