摘　　要：为加速我国现代化进程,催生二板市场,促进西部开发,实现经济持续平衡发展,针 对我国现代化发展的实际和完善资本市场体系的需求,就资本市场最低层面、二板市场的预备市场 及我国至今较少涉足的三板市场领域立论,通过多视角分析并构建结构优化的三板市场,提供了理 论和决策依据。According to the fact of modernization development and the requriement of perfecting the system of capital market, this article will discuss the Third Board Market which is the preparation market of the Second Board Market. It's located in the lowest layer of capital market and is seldom studied. Lastly, we'll construct the Third Board Market on a optimizing framework basis. It will provide the theory and decision-making support to speed up national modernization and the Second Board Market development, quicken the West exploitation,and realize the balancing development in economy.
