摘　　要：中国加入WTO,将给中国经济带来一场全方位的深刻变革,作为我国金融体系主体的四大国有商业银行在这场变革中机遇与挑战并存。国有商业银行如何抓住机遇,深化改革,面临挑战已成为当前我国金融体制改革的主要问题。它解决妥否事关中国金融稳定、改革成败,对该问题探讨具有重大的现实意义。As China joins the WTO,a deep reform will surely occur to Chinese economy. As the main financial system,four native state-owned commercial banks can meet both challenges and opportunities. In the process of restructuring the financial institution,they should consider how to grasp the chances,deepen the reform and conquer the challenges. This will be of practical importance to China's financial stability and the success of the reform.
