摘　　要：以人为本是科学发展观的核心和本质,是科学发展观的灵魂。以人为本是马克思主义最高层次的发展观,是社会主义的发展观,是中国共产党人的发展观,是我党在社会主义现代化建设实践中的经验和教训的总结,正确理解和把握科学发展观以人为本这一核心和本质有着重大的理论和现实意义。Man-centered concept is the key to the scientific development. It is also highest hierarchy of Marxist concept of development, thus the concept of development of the socialism as well as that of the Chinese Communist Party, resembling the experiences and lessons of the Party in the actual construction of the socialist modernizations. Therefore, it is greatly significant to properly understand and make a good use of the man-centered concept.
