摘 要:谷胱苷肽S转移酶(Glutathione S-tran-sferase,GST)是一组具有解毒功能的同功酶,在体内主要起清除有机氧自由基的作用。碱性谷胱苷肽S转移酶(Basic GST,B,GST)为GST的一种,主要存在于肝脏。文献报道肝病患者血清B-GST显著升高。本研究通过观察其在病毒性肝炎患者中的动态变化,同时平行检测血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT),探讨该指标的变化在肝炎中的意义。Dynamic changes of serum basic gluta- thione S-transferase (B-GST) level in patients with viral hepatitis were observed by radio- immunoassay. B-GST was found to be signifi- cantly increased in each type of viral hepati- tis. In acute hepatitis (AH), B-GST level mostly returned to normal within 5 weeks of the illness and about 1 to 2 weeks earlier than ALT, the persistent elevation of B-GST may be an indicator of progressing to chronicity. The change in B-GST level in patients with chronic active hepatitits (CAH) was consis- tent with that in histological damage of the liver. In the fatal cases of severe hepatitis (SH), B-GST persistently increased, whereas ALT progressively decreased, and B-GST/ALT disasociation occured. But in the survival cas- es of SH, both B-GST and ALT declined gra- dually to normal rang. Our results suggested that the changes in serum B-GST and ALT levels through a serial observation may be of great clinical value to the evaluation of the situation and the monitoring of the prognosis of the patients with viral hepatitis.
