糖尿病患者治疗前后血浆心钠素的检测及其临床意义

摘　　要：本文对65例糖尿病(DM)患者的血浆心钠素(ANF)含量作了检测,结果表明治疗前ANF含量为81.7±31.0pg/L,显著低于正常人95.7±18.1pg/L(P<0.05)。治疗前后ANF与胰岛素(INS)水平变化呈正相关(r=0.4131.P<0.0005),与血糖(FBG)水平变化呈负相关(r=-0.3781,P<0.0005),与C-肽(C-P)水平变化无相关(r=0.0610,P>0.50),提示测定ANF水平对DM的疗效观察有一定的临床价值。24例在胰高血糖素负荷后各时相中的ANF水平与相应INS、C-P、FBG水平无相关性。提示它们对调节ANF变化不起主要作用,推测ANF分泌可能同胰岛β-细胞功能和体内其它因素参与有关。Plasmic atrial natriuretic factor(ANF)level in 65 diabetes mellitus patients were measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA). The results showed the levels of ANF in pre-treatment patients ( 81. 7±31.0pg/L)wassignificiantly lower than that of controls (95. 7±18. 1pg/L,P< 0. 05);ANF level had positive correlation with insulin (INS) one (r = 0. 4131, P<0. 005), while inverse correlation with fasting blood glucose (FBG)and no correlation with c-peptid(c-p)before and after treatment. It suggests the measurement of ANF levels which reflects the diabetic patients response towards treatments would have some clinical value. Each phase of ANF after glucagon stimulus showed no correlation with corresponading INS,c-p and FBG levels of the twenty-four-patients. It shows the latter there would not be responsible for the main regulation of ANF secretion which be probaly secreted by the pancreatic β-cells and other factors in the body.
