辽宁民营经济产业分布特点及战略取向

摘　　要：比较了辽宁和浙江两省民营经济的投资效果情况,从部门结构、行业分布结构及行业结构动态变化等三个方面分析了导致辽宁民营经济运行效率相对较低的原因,从而总结了辽宁民营经济的产业分布特点:从静态看,辽宁民营经济虽然涉足大部分行业,但真正占优势的是一些低技术含量的小行业;从动态看,辽宁民营经济产业分布呈现"轻进重退"的特点。针对这些特点提出了若干对策建议。The reasons why the private businesses in Liaoning are operating with lower efficiency are analyzed in view of their organizational structure, business distribution and dynamic changes. Although they have been involved in most of all trades and professions, they are only superior in some small-size businesses at low technological level. Taking the industrial mix into account, the tendency to attach more importance to developing light industries with heavy industries looked down on and going backwards is shown clearly as the other feature. Some policies are suggested to improve the unfavorable situation.
