摘　　要：介绍了JX-300XDCS系统在石英管生产中的应用。结合石英管生产工艺,制定了以稳定炉口温度为基础,以拉伸速度为主要调节方式的生产自动控制实现方案。提出了采用新型功率传感器实现恒功率控制的新方法。给出了以JX-300X为主体设备,生产车间多电炉集控模式的系统配置及软件组态过程。该系统大大提高了生产的自动化程度,具有一定的参考价值。The application of JX-300X DCS system into the production of quartz tubes is introduced. In respect to the production technology, an automatic controlling plan is made in which the stove mouth temperature is stable with adjustable stretching speeds. Besides, a new method to realize unchanged power control by means of the late-model power sensors is proposed, and the system collocation and software configuration methods are explained: the main equipment is JX-300X and the production workshop is equipped with the multiple-stove integrated model. The proposed system can substantially upgrade the degree of automation during the production, and is of great reference value.
