摘　　要：应用ELISA法对成都市市售鸡肉组织中的磺胺二甲嘧啶残留进行检测.随机采样共42份,结果表明:鸡肉组织 含有磺胺二甲嘧啶,含量在5-50μg/kg,但都没有超过国家规定最大限量.We used the method of ELISA to analyze and measure the residues of sulfamethazine in the chicken tissues sold in Chengdu city. Among the 42 random samples, the residues did not exceed the maximum residue limitation regulated by the law.
