摘 要:Co2 +_2_[2_(6_甲基苯并噻唑偶氮 )]_5_二乙氨基苯甲酸在硼砂 -NH2OH·HCl体系中有一灵敏的极谱波 ,其峰电位Vp 为 -594mV(vs.SCE) ,钴质量浓度在0.7~1000μg/L范围内与峰电流Ip′有良好的线性关系 ,检出限为0.16μg/L。经多种电化学方法证明该波为络合催化吸附波 ,其电极过程为不可逆过程 ,电子转移数为2 ,此外还试验了多种离子对峰电流Ip′的影响。所拟方法已用于维生素B12 中钴的测定 ,结果令人满意。Cobalt(Ⅱ)_2_ [2_(6_methylbenzothiazolyazo)]_5_diethyl_aminobenzoic acid complex in Na 2 B 4 O 7 -NH 2 OH·HCl solution generated a sensitive polarographic wave at the potential of-594mV(vs.SCE).The second_order derivative peak current was linear in the range of0.7~1000μg/L for cobalt(Ⅱ)with a detection limit of0.16μg/L.Several electrochemical methods were used to study the behavior of the wave.The results showed that the wave was of the catalytic adsorptive wave of cobalt comˉplex,its electrode process was an irreversible reduction one,and the number of electron transfer was2.The interferences of diverse ions on the peak current were studied.The proposed method has been applied to the determination of trace cobalt in vitamin B 12 with satisfactory results.
