摘　　要：知识产业表现为公益性与商业性的双重特征,这是由其特殊性决定的。知识产品存在着市场与非市场两种价值实现过程,因此其发展不仅要靠市场,更要靠法制。知识产业在我国的跨越式可持续发展中将发挥决定性作用。The knowledge industry has the dual nature of public-spirited and business,which is from its particularity.The knowledge product realizes its values by two kinds of process of market and non-market.For this reason,its development not only depends on the market but also depends on the legal system.The knowledge industry will play a decisive role in the sustained and spanned development of our country.
