摘　　要：高新技术产业发展需要政府的支持,政府在制定高新技术产业发展政策时要在遵循基本原则的基础上,扩大其服务管理职能,并建立和完善包括财政、税收、金融、知识产权、人才开发和激励、国际贸易等政策的支持体系,以利于更好地促进我国高新技术产业的良性发展。To develop new-high technical industries need the government offices'surports,when the government offices constitute new-high technical industrial policy,they must, on the base of following the essential principle,extend their serving manage function,and establish and perfect the policy as supporting system including finance,taxation、money,intellectual property,exploitation and inspiration of human resources and international trade policy,in order to promote our new-high technical industries to develop well further.
